Follow the steps below to create your MDinteractive account for APM Performance Pathway (APP) reporting.
Step 1: Go to the MDinteractive website
Visit www.mdinteractive.com
Step 2: Open the Login/Create Account page
On the right side of the screen, click the green button labeled:
Login/Create Account
Step 3: Select “Create Account”
Click the green Create Account button.
Step 4: Complete the registration form
Enter the required information, including:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Name of the ACO
State
Phone Number
Number of clinicians within the ACO
(This does not need to be exact and can be updated at any time.)Registry Type: Select “APM Performance Pathway” from the dropdown menu
Username: Create a username for your MDinteractive account
Password: Create a password
Step 5: Verify and submit
Check the box for I’m Not a Robot
Click the green Create Account button
