1. Log in to QPP

Go to https://qpp.cms.gov/login

Log in using your HARP credentials
2. Select Your Organization

Once logged in, go to "Eligibility & Reporting" and select your APM entity.
3. Navigate to the Submission Page

Click on the “Start Reporting” button.

This takes you to the Edit Submission / Start Reporting menu. Click on Edit Submission under APP
4. Locate the Quality Category

Scroll down to the Quality section.

You will see a View and Edit option:

eCQMs, MIPS CQMs or Medicare CQMs (MIPS CQM)

Web Interface – if submitted, this will take precedence and mask the CQMs view in the dashboard.

5. Click “Manage Data "or "Manage Submissions”

In the Quality section, click on “Manage Submissions” to open the submission history.

This view shows both Web Interface and MIPS CQM submissions if both exist.
