- Log in to your MDinteractive account.
- From the dashboard, click Review Your Data.
3. If reporting Medicare CQMs, review your ACO Quality Performance Score to confirm whether it meets the 40th percentile benchmark of 76.7% in the MIPS Quality performance category.
4. If reporting eCQMs or MIPS CQMs, review your results to confirm whether you met the Quality Performance Standard by achieving:
≥10th percentile on one outcome measure, and
≥40th percentile on the other measure.
*Meeting the applicable Quality Performance Standard (based on your reporting method) is required to be eligible for the maximum shared savings rate under the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
5. Review your ACO aggregated results for each quality measure to verify the results prior to submission.
6. Return to the homepage.
7. Confirm that consent has been signed on the dashboard (the consent status will display in green if completed).
8. Once consent is confirmed, from the dashboard, click I’m Done.
9. Click the green “I’m Done” button once your review is complete and you are ready for MDinteractive to submit your data to CMS on your behalf.
10. You will receive an email confirmation from MDinteractive once your data has been submitted to CMS.
