Log into your MDinteractive APM Performance Pathway Account and click on Review your Data.
The Measure Details Report displays a breakdown of the aggregated ACO results for each measure that has been uploaded to MDinteractive. Click the Export Menu button (three horizontal lines) to access the available export options.
An option to export the data to Excel is available from the menu.
