How to View/Edit APM Quality Data – MDinteractive

View/Edit Quality Data

To view the details of the patient quality data, begin by logging into your MDinteractive APM Account and visiting your Dashboard.

Review Data Details

To view all quality data uploaded and imported, click on Review your Data.

Review Your Data

The Measure Detail Report contains a breakdown of all measure data that has been uploaded (and processed) to MDinteractive.

View Patients

To return a list of all of the patient data that makes up your measure, click View/Edit Patients.

Edit Patient Data

To edit the details for a specific patient, click on the pencil icon located on the left side of the patient's row. Each row corresponds to a specific patient, with their last name, first name, visit date, and other relevant details displayed.

To update the patient's information, edit the relevant field(s) in the form and then click the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page.

After successfully saving and updating the note, click on the 'X' in the upper-right corner of the window to close it. You can then proceed to edit the next patient's note.

Return to Dashboard

Click Home to return to your APM Account Dashboard.
