Key Dates for 2025 MIPS Reporting
- February 16, 2026 — Submit all 2025 MIPS data to MDinteractive by this date.
- March 31, 2026 — CMS QPP portal closes. Final deadline for data submission to CMS.
Why February 16th?
While CMS accepts MIPS data through the QPP portal until March 31, 2026, reporting MIPS is a multi-step process. After you submit your data to MDinteractive, our team needs time to:
- Review your data for accuracy and completeness
- Provide feedback so you can make corrections if needed
- Submit to CMS on your behalf before the March 31st deadline
Submitting your data by February 16, 2026 ensures there is enough time for this review process and avoids any last-minute issues.
