Enter Tax ID Number (TIN)
Choose Provider Type: Group. Then enter the practice TIN used to bill Medicare. You will be asked to enter your TIN 2x for verification.
*If reporting MIPS on the individual level, set Provider Type: Individual. Then enter the individual NPI and TIN for each provider.
Enter Number of Clinicians in the Group
If Provider Type: Group, enter the number of clinicians in the practice associated with your TIN.
Enter NPI List
Click Enter NPI List and type in all of the individual NPIs for the clinicians in the practice/TIN.
Once you have entered the list of NPI's, you will be able to see them listed by clicking on "My Providers". Links to each providers QPP participation status will be enabled. For individual reporting, the links will appear right under the provider's name.
