Create Patient Record
Click here to manually add patient records.
Note: You must first complete your MIPS Plans, located in the middle of your dashboard. Red: Add Plans Green: Edit Plans
Choose MIPS Quality Measure
Select the Measure you are would like to enter patient data for.
Note: If you don't see the measure you would like to report on the menu, please click the Home button. Then, activate the measure by clicking on Edit Plan and Add next to the measure.
Enter Measure Data
For most measures you will enter:
- info about the clinician (NPI/TIN)
- patient demographics
- quality action status
Shortcut - Autofill Data
To quickly enter certain name (and NPI/TIN) fields, click on the provider name and/or patient name to autofill the demographic data for the measure.
Save
Click on Create Patient Record to save the data entered.
