Quality Data Reporting
To begin Quality Data Reporting, click on "QM: Add/Edit" to enter the Quality Reporting Module.

Quality Reporting Module - manual data entry, patient by patient
MDinteractive offers a variety of "tools" for submitting quality data. Customers can choose the method that works best for them.
Create patient records: enter eligible patient encounters one at a time on a "form" to build your report. You can also click on Create Patient Record at the top of your screen to get to this tool.
Type in or paste multiple patients: Using our data grid you can enter eligible patient data line by line using a spreadsheet like tool. You can also click on the Data Grid module at the top of the screen to get to this tool.
Note: If uploading QRDA files or MDinteractive templates, please click on Upload Files at the top of the screen and follow the steps to upload your files (see next slide).
Upload Data Files Options
Click on Upload Files at the top of your dashboard.
These file types can be uploaded:
- MDinteractive Excel Templates
- QRDA III Files
Time to get started!
Data Completeness: Include all eligible encounters, all insurances for the entire year and provide answers for at least 75% of those encounters.
As data is entered or imported into your account, the estimated score will appear*.
*QRDA files will be processed by our team and you will be emailed once the data is available to be viewed within your account.
