View/Edit Quality Data
To view the details of the patient quality data, begin by logging into your MDinteractive MIPS Account and visiting your Dashboard.
Review Data Details
To view all quality data uploaded and imported, click on Review your Data.
Review Your Data
The Measure Detail Report contains a breakdown of all measure data that has been uploaded (and processed) to MDinteractive. It will also display your IA and PI attestations if applicable.
Measure Performance
The calculated performance rate for the data processed is displayed for each measure.
Check Reporting Rates
Check the reporting rate for each measures to make sure you reach at least 75% reporting rate or higher. This is the percentage of patient records that include a numerator option. CMS requires 75% or higher in order to achieve data completeness and be scored against national benchmarks.
View Patients
To return a list of all of the patient data that makes up your measure, click View/Edit Patients.
Edit Patient Data
Patient data imported for a measure can be viewed and edited directly from the Report System Search.
Search and Sort Data
The data in each column can be sorted by clicking on the down/up arrows.
Edit Patient Data
Patient data can be edited by clicking on the response field and entering/editing the information .
Patient NOT Eligible
If a patient is NOT eligible for a measure, please click on the trashcan to remove the patient from the measure you are working on.
Return to Dashboard
Click Home to return to your MIPS Account Dashboard.
