Getting Started
To begin reporting PI, click on Add to enter the PI Module.
Upload Documentation
Generate a PI report with your EHR (minimum of 180 days) and upload a copy of the report here (optional).
Note: These reports may also be called ACI reports or MIPS dashboards, depending on your EHR.
Reporting Period
Enter the 180 day or greater reporting period from your EHR PI report and click Apply.
Enter CEHRT ID
To report PI, your EHR system must have an ONC certification. Use our search tools to find the specific CEHRT ID for your EHR.
Complete Pre-Attestation Questions
Complete the pre-attestation questions from CMS by choosing a response and clicking Apply.
Enter PI Measure Data
Using a 180 day (or greater) PI report generated by your certified EHR, enter the data for each of the PI measures.
Data Entry
Enter the Numerator and Denominator OR Yes/No answer found on the PI report. Then, click Apply.
Note: If you are eligible for a measure exclusion, choose the exclusion option from the drop down menu and click Apply Exclusion.
Save PI Data
After entering all of the PI data, return to the top of the PI Module and click on Done to save your data.
PI Score
After the PI data entry is successfully completed, you will see a score next to MIPS Points.
Note: A "?" mark indicates that PI reporting is not complete- something was left blank, unattested to or CEHRT ID missing, etc.
