Attest to Improvement Activities (IA)
Click on Add to begin your attestation for the Improvement Activities category.
Enter Date Range for IA
Enter a minimum date range of 90 days during the current reporting period and click Apply.
TIP: If attesting to more than 1 activity without concurrent dates, enter the beginning date of the earliest activity and the latest date for the ending of the latest activity.
Find the Activity/Activities you are attesting to.
Use the search features to filter and find the Improvement Activities you have completed or to research possible options.
Review IA Description
Before attesting to an IA, click on the activity and read the full description to be sure the activity has been successfully completed for at least 90 days during the current reporting period and that you would be able to provide supporting documentation if audited.

Attest to the IA
Click Apply next to each activity until the maximum score is reached.
TIPS: New, beginning in 2025: A small practice must attest to one activity to achieve the full points for this category.
A large practice must attest to two to achieve full points in this category.
Group reporting requires that at least 50% of the clinicians in the TIN have completed the activity.
TIP: Attesting to additional activities is allowed but will not increase your IA score.
IA Documentation
Each IA has Suggested Documentation requirements from CMS.
Please upload, to your MDinteractive account, documentation that supports the activity/activities you have attested
to.
Documentation for each IA must be kept by your organization in the event of a CMS audit.
Return Home
When you have completed your IA attestation(s), click the Home button to return to your dashboard and review your IA score.
