UnifiMD provides FHIR access through the Darena Health (MeldRx) platform. To report your quality measures, MDinteractive needs authorization to connect to your practice's live Darena Health FHIR endpoint and retrieve the required patient data.
How to authorize MDinteractive:
- Log in to the Darena Health app at https://app.meldrx.com with your practice administrator account.
- Open your practice's Workspace and note its FHIR Base URL (in the form
https://app.meldrx.com/api/fhir/{WorkspaceSlug}). - Authorize MDinteractive as an approved application for your workspace so we can connect to your FHIR endpoint. Our application is registered on the Darena Health (MeldRx) platform as:
- App Name: MDinteractive
- App ID / Client ID:

- Send the workspace FHIR Base URL to MDinteractive so we can begin pulling data for your quality reporting.
If you need assistance, please create a support ticket with UnifiMD / Darena Health and ask them to give the MDinteractive app (Client ID above) authorization to access your practice's FHIR endpoint. Please forward all replies to support@mdinteractive.com.
