GEHRIMED allows users to download Excel files containing data on the four ACO quality measures. The export includes key information organized under the following column headers:

DOS (Date of Service): Indicates the date the clinical service was provided.

Response Date: The date the quality measure was answered or saved in the system

Date Entered: The date associated with the specific measure response, such as the date of an A1c test or a mammogram.
