To view the details of your quality data, begin by logging into your MDinteractive PCF Account and visiting your Dashboard.
Review Data Details
To view all quality data uploaded and imported, click on Review your Data.
Measure Details
The Measure Detail Report contains a breakdown of all measure data that has been uploaded to MDinteractive.
Measure #1 (CMS122) Performance - A1c
The performance rate for Measure #1 data is listed (9.55% on this example). (61.76%) is the average performance for all registry users
Note: Your performance for #1 must meet or exceed the 30th Percentile.
Performance must achieve 30th percentile
The performance on each measure should be better than the 30th percentile for each measure. Please note that the diabetes measure is an inverse measure.
