The CQM module in CareTracker Population Health empowers clinics to monitor and enhance care quality by providing real-time insights into key clinical quality measures.
QRDA 1 reports can be run on demand and exported:
- One can generate a QRDA1 for measures by clicking on the 'PHealth' button at the top right of CareTracker.
- From there, click on 'MIPS' on the left, then 'Quality Summary.'
- One will see measures and a button that says 'Generate QRDA 1'; clicking it will generate the QRDA1.
