Initiate the Report:
- Start by running the report.
- Ensure it is set to view under "Clinical Quality Measure".

Locate the Report:
- Navigate to "Report" then "Doc Batch Management".
- Search for the report by date. If you've just run the report, the date will be "today".

Accessing the Report:
- The report menu should resemble the screenshot provided on the bottom of this webpage.

Locate the 5th icon, which has a red arrow on top. Click on the dropdown triangle icon to the right of this 5th icon. You will be presented with two options.
- Click on the 2nd option, 'Export Patient Report', to generate QRDA I files.
Note: If 'Export Patient Report' is not active (or highlighted) for selection:
a. Find the 3rd icon that looks like a "play button".
b. Click on it. This will run a diagnostic check and display 'errors' for each patient on the right side. Possible errors to get include missing data on patient records, such as race or ethnicity.
c. Address these errors and then re-run the report. The "Export Patient Report" option should now be active and ready for selection. Once the "Export Patient Report" is highlighted, you can proceed to export your report.
