Creating and Generating a New QRDA1 or QRDA3 File

Access and Login
- You need access and a login to the Allscripts Analytics Platform (APP).
- To gain access, open a ticket on Allscripts Central:

Navigate to the Regulatory Dashboard
- Go to My Content > Banner > Regulatory Dashboard > PI Quality Tab.

Select Provider Group
- Click Actions (upper right-hand corner).
- Select Program Manager.
- Here, you can edit the group of providers for which you are running reports.

Edit/Select Measures
- To include specific measures in your report, click Measure Set (upper right-hand corner).

Edit/Select Date Range
- To set the date range for your report, click the date range option in the upper right-hand corner.

Generate QRDA File
- Once the measures, provider group, and date range are set:
- Click Actions (upper right-hand corner).
- Select Generate QRDA 1 or QRDA 3 File.
- Once the measures, provider group, and date range are set:

View and Download Reports
- You can view and download your generated reports on the QRDA Administration Page.
