Steps to Generate a Quality Measures Report

1. Navigate to:
   EMR > MIPS Quality Measures > Quality Measures

2. Fill in the required report details:

   • Report Name: Enter any name of your choice.
   • Provider: Select a provider from the list (if multiple options are available).
   • Year: Choose the preferred performance year.
   • Quarter: Leave blank if running a year-to-date report.
   • Start Date & End Date: Define the reporting period.

3. Select the desired quality measures.

4. Scroll down and click the Get Reports button at the bottom of the page.

Downloading a QRDA I File

1. Open the generated Quality Measures Report.

2. To download the QRDA I file:

   • Click on the Request QRDA I link under the Download column.
   • The page will indicate that the QRDA I file is in progress.
   • Reload the page and click the Download QRDA I link once it's available.
